Colouring your hair is a great option if you like to experiment with color or if you just think blonde hair suits you better. However, this involves frequent visits to the hairdresser at two to three-week intervals. This is not only time-consuming but also leaves a permanent mark on your budget. How can you minimise these costs or make the interval between visits a little longer? You will find the answer below.

Camouflage your hairstyle

Being able to manipulate the positioning of your hair so that the roots are not visible is no mean feat. Sometimes, simply tying up your hair in a high bun or adding volume to it with a loose updo is enough. The more messy the updo, the more you won’t be able to see the roots. Thin braids on strands of hair framing your face or twisting them upward and securing them with a bobby pin have the same effect.

Drugstore Trick

Another way is to use a cosmetic, which you can find in almost every market or drugstore. These are so-called retouching sprays or special powders. With their help you can quickly and easily cover up the roots, but keep in mind that this is a temporary solution. However, it will work for an important night out when you haven’t had time to visit your stylist.
